About Me.

I am Jordan Seaman, a cook and visionary in the culinary industry. My culinary experience is a relatively new venture spanning 4+ years of in kitchen experience with reach that has taken me all over the Northern Colorado area. My goals and ambitions are to one day become a mainstay within the industry and pursue my culinary dream to make food that brings people and cultures together in a tight-knit cuisine that exudes tradition, unity, and love.

My Story.

2004 - 2013

Childhood-

Born off the coast of Oak Harbor, Washington to my mother Dominique Murphy, I was raised in a military household that was commanded by my mother as a Galley Chef in the Navy where we moved frequently together. Eventually I would move to West Monroe, Louisiana where I would eventually call home.

2014 - 2021

Teenage Years-

Throughout my teenage years I fell in love with the idea of artistic expression and with the death of grandmother came a realization that time is finite and family became a core value I wanted to see expressed in my creative vision.

2022 - Current

Finding Purpose-

I graduated from high School; Boulder Universal in 2023 and was contemplating what was next and it came to me after I visited my family down south after seeing the community and sense of belonging that I had witnessed. Since then I have accrued 4+ years of culinary experience and enrolled in Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts with a goal of making food that is comfort oriented.
